CALIFORNIANS: Join us for Sacramento Carbon Removal Lobbying Day!
Let's get SB308 over the line on Wednesday August 14th.

ABOUT
California's SB308 legislation (Becker - San Mateo), the world's most significant carbon removal demand support proposal ever, is less than two weeks away from critical votes in the State Assembly, which will determine if it becomes law this summer.
WE NEED YOUR HELP!
Our campaign is ramping up engagement with legislators for this final stretch, and that includes making the trip to Sacramento next week to meet directly with assemblymembers and their staff to make our case. To make the day a success we need PEOPLE.
ABOUT OUR LOBBYING DAY:
We will be visiting with multiple assemblymembers at their Capitol offices for short 20 minute meetings. We are aiming to schedule at least 30 meetings, so we need a lot of people to join us to cover such a large group.
Don't worry if you've never done this before! You will get the training and support you need, and will be joined by experienced advocates.
We will be arranging car pooling and rides for folks who need it from the Bay Area and other parts of the state.
